As we approach the end of the Year of DOOM, we want to take a moment to give props to all you amazing artists in the Slayers Club who sent us your art. The Slayers Club is here to stay, but we thought we would close out this year by bringing some special attention to some of the DOOM fan art that’s caught our eye. PRO TIP: Open each image in a new tab to enjoy them in their full-sized glory!
The Pinky ain’t exactly a delicate creature, so we love how le_fleur captured the bull-rushing brute in this inked rendering. The looseness compliments the Pinky’s rough appearance while still rocking the details and shading. Just don’t stare too long or you may wind up trampled over!
You didn’t think we’d forget about Hell’s favorite jetpack skeleton, would you? Thankfully, jordansiddall provided this colorful artwork capturing the rocket-volleying demon in a fun and unique art style.
We got a kick out of this piece submitted by kona137 starring DOOMGal staying true to a core tenet of DOOM: tearing hordes of bloodthirsty demons a new one.
This piece, submitted by krizevil, give us the Slayer laying down the law on some hapless demons with his trusty Pistol. As flashy as the BFG 9000 and Super Shotgun are, it’s always nice when fans give a nod to DOOM’s reliable UAC EMG sidearm.
It’s not too late to show off your skills – We’re still holding fan art submissions in 2020, so check the Slayers Club fan art page for details on how to post your latest masterpiece, as well as see even more great works from your fellow Slayers!
